here is my current obito time line  dates can be flexed a bit  but  i think in general its pretty close to what happened 

1. gave kakashi his eye  - " happens a year before naruto is born give or take a few months "
2. was captured by zetsu in the rubble and brought to madara - " same as above"
3. trained , and recovered to be able to bust out to meet kakashi and rin " prob spent about 6-12 months training"
4. rushes off to protect kakashi and rin  " this happens a few months to a few days  before naruto is born"
5. lost faith in the world so decided to attack the 4th and take control of the 9 tails but fails " same day naruto was born"
6. put the mizukage under a gentsu and meet kisame  "this event  happened 5-8 years after narutos birth kisame meets obtio when kisame is full grown and kisame is only 2 years older then kakashi"
7. returned back for the uchiha clan massacre  " this event happened 8 years after the birth of naruto and the attack on the 4th"
8. joined akasuki as dediras partner  - " 14-15 years after naturo was born"


Oh btw its obvious kakashi and rin are in danger  because of madara handy work i cant see the zetsu who are under madaras control just letting him out to save his friends,  there letting him out to witness rins death

you can see obito right arm fell off  just like in the current chapter but obitos left side is the zetsu side his right side is still his,  this leaves me to believe he is wearing the zetsu suit here  Now a uhciha fused with  the 1st senju dna  wearing a  1st senju dna body army fighting suit has potential to fight the 4th,  and if u didnt notice  obito didnt deal any damage to the 4th at all  the 4th only died because he chose to his wife  narutos mother was dead no matter what, she had the fox ripped from her  by obito her uzmaki chakara allowed her to live a little longer instead of just instantly dieing like the rest host did, 

to say obito fought on the 4th level  isnt all to accurate.

Also look at sasuke  suppressing the fox chakara inside of naruto  in the start of part 2,  sasuke has no knowledge of the fox  and is able to suppress it with his shargian  soo its pretty easily doable for obtio to take control of the fox  at his age  esp with guidance from madara
