Hrm with it being obito pretty sure like that bleach inbetween the world thing time is slowed or dbz time room shit is whats on peoples minds. i mean kakashis dad was prolly that same way/age when he died and been there for like 10+years without aging and also willing to bet that the old madara is the age madara died too

Now on how to deal with madara . 2 things could happen in my opinion

1. Naruto uses the names he learned from the beast in side of there world and takes control of the ten tails and all the tailed best and uses his sealing jutsu that he just got pro at out of no where and become a true sage of 6 paths, and use his god like powers put the world back.

2. Yamato is going to absorb the tree clone he is fused with that has been feed massive amounts of tailed beast chakara and become just as strong if not stronger then the 1st and beat madara down

yamato is the obvious answer, naruto wont be the sage re born yet until the series is over
