Old madara used renne tensei no jutsu to revive Obito and after Madara's death he gave Nagato the eyes.

Gotta be another piece. Nagato is older than Obito. I'm pretty sure he unlocked the Rinn already at this point

Yep. By that time, Nagato had already trained with Jiraiya and everything, maybe even formed Akatsuki but I'm not sure.

What if Kishi never realized this fact when he decided to make Tobi Obito and is now screwed?

he screwed it when made tobi=obito

the mistake can not be patched

Well I'm pretty sure that's who he had in mind from the beginning. Rest of the story is too well thought out for him to have decided a month ago. I have a feeling he'll make us happy

I feel differently. I feel as though Tobi's identity was finally decided some time around Madara vs Kages and Sasuke + Itachi vs Kabuto.
