They could look similar just for the fact that they both have sharingan. If you know the entire clan was wiped out, and you've known someone with a sharingan for years you'd probably think it was the same guy even with slight differences in looks.

What if madara had a son who was obito, and obito went back in time and had a son named madara. WAT IF. THAT WOULD BE WAT.

if this seriously was the case, i would stop reading this manga

I don't suppose it would be that insanely difficult to pull of an undetected genjutsu that alters his appearance slightly for just a moment..

Even if they didn't look similar in any way, he could make him look like whoever the hell he wants, couldn't he?


/e I mean, the Sharingan can pretty much just do whatever it wants whenever it wants to it seems...
