When he's mad? Lol, idk. He can't really go eight tails or anything anymore (I don't think). Besides, I think the mode he's in now is the best he can do atm. Unless some super bs happens when Sasuke has a near death experience and he gets some more bs powerups.

It's his favorite thing to do when he's mad unless your name was Pain, even though the jutsu was successfully used on him eventually. Look at the Zabuza fight.

As an aside, I think they're super fucked now that Madara came to the battlefield. Can't he render the 9 Tails' power useless? All 4 of them are probably tired at this point, too. I wonder if we're going to get 4-5 weeks of Madara brutalizing Naruto and friends. The 4 of them combined probably aren't a match for Madara when at full strength (well...idk maybe, Naruto IS hella strong now) and now their situation is worse.
