You mean that vn? Just download the game, then you got to extract it using an iso program.
The 3rd comment poster explains how to install it. Basically just install isobuster and use it to view the .ccd file, then extract the [iso] folder onto your desktop or something. After you do that, run the mirrormoon 1st english patch, then repeat with patch 1.12. Music is somewhere else and can be found by viewing the .ccd file iirc.

btw, the .sar file that the patch tells you to find will be in the folder after you extract the iso with isobuster or another iso reading program.
