personally i think that sabo is still alive
but not every1 who sees that scene would instantly assume sabo is still alive
and that scene only gives space for ppl to believe sabo is alive, its not actually a confirmation that his alive

imo, i think that part of the episode shows that he did survive... without a doubt.
but the real question is if he is still alive right now, it may show flashbacks later on in the show of what happened to him after he was saved by dragon.
