its on the tip of my tongue..i never watched it but i remember the picture of the anime
it's a rural setting

i remember in the synopsis one of the two moves into the town and he gets that camera from his dad/parent/sibling or something
it's almost the same as photokano but it's near the beach

the picture of the anime of mal should be of a girl on a pier/beach or with like a sun setting background
the main heroine has short brown/orangeish hair
