But when madara was revived he was talking about nagato pretty quickly assuming nagato revived him using the rinnigian, he was soon disappointed to find out he was summoned via the edo

So its easily assumed madara gave the rinnigian to nagato not tobi

I think this whole scenario goes much deeper than what we expect.

i hope to god that this person here is zetsu fucking around doing his perfect clone tech, while the real tobi is just sitting near by watching them struggle for no reason, just biding his time waiting for the 10 tails to complete his dbz style power up so he can seal the 10 tails into his self becoming a pretty bad ass jincurcki

this also explains why zetsu cant use rinnigian techs the dude is wearing contacts

who knows, but the "tobi" that attacked the village at the time of the nine tail's attack on konoha, i think it's his dad
