Yea they had an episode called "The Death of Naruto" also. It IS hard to accept, but meh. As long as it gets explained later I'll live with it.

Well it was confirmed, as me (and many OG naruto readers) assumed several years ago when tobi was first introduced. It makes a lot of sense and explains quite a bit, really. You have to consider his goals + what he has been through.

I can't say for sure whether or not he is alone in that body though - he claims to have knowledge of when madara was still around, but there may have been other ways for him to obtain that.

Either way, the outcome was expected.....

I just assumed ( and still cling to that assumption) that it was made WAY too obvious to be Obito. There aren't many things you can do with the Obito story.. Throw in ANYone else and it'd be interesting enough without explanations. Just 100 more theories on wtf happened and how that person became tobi. But it's practically just ONE explanation people can and have come up with for YEARS on how Obito made it through and became Tobi, attacked Konoha so many years about (OH! It HAD to be Madara! Yea yea!)

No. Just no. IF it turns out that he did all he said, it's not gonna be the what everyone was most curious about. Such as Tobi giving Nagato the Rinnegan. That isn't happening. The storyline for arguments on how it came to be is so linear now it's pathetic. Whoever it was, I just wanted to see different theories on how it came to be, but we get Obito. Nuff said
