is sabo really with dragon?

looking for proof of this

I dunno I could've sworn I saw an episode with Dragon where he was speaking to someone who might've been an older Sabo. I've been trying to find this episode, but there are just so many of them. I wish I could find a list of episodes Dragon has showed. It would make things easier. :/

Dragon said he was looking at the celestial dragon ceremony and he brought someone and one of his crew mates said he's injured badly you need to take care of him ... this means he's alive.

but if hes alive, he will probably not gonna show up soon, coz he did not show up in the manga yet
