We don't know what's the extent of power of w/e he gave naruto either =D It could be something to benefit sasuke for all we know. It could be the Power of Friendship to defeat Pein together!

all we know is itachi transfered amaterasu to sasuke..... maybe he didn't transfer all his eye techniques to sasuke

isnt madara stronger then itachi since he was the first one to use that mangeko sharingan thign

he used to be, but he has lost alot of his power with time. Itachi says that he was "a shadow of his former self"

So im guessing Itachi is stronger than madara now. Well, he probably was before he died
