Naruto 599: Under The Mask
Naruto: GOT YOU, YOU MASKED COWARD!

It takes a few moments for the smoke to clear
Naruto: Now you can't hide behind that stupid mask anymore
Tobi is covering his broken mask and face with his hand.
Kakashi and Guy:...
Tobi (thought): Might as well...
Tobi: Naruto, do you think people truly change? Do you think your so called friend Sasuke has changed into the monster of hate he is now...
Naruto: ...
Tobi takes off the mask but the reader doesn't see
Tobi: Or do you think that perhaps your initial impression that Sasuke was ever really your friend or had even the slightest spark of good was just... misled?
Naruto: What does it matter? I'll save Sasuke one way or another.
Tobi: Yes. Just like how I was saved. Isn't that right...Kakashi?
Kakashi: ...I'm sorry...I'm sorry you've turned out this way, Obito.
Tobi: Obito? No. As I told Naruto before...I'm nobody. Obito doesn't exist.

The scene changes to Madara fighting the Kage.
Madara stops fighting when he sees Sasuke
Madara: Who are you?
Sasuke: ...
In a quick flash Madara is about to attack Sasuke...but stops
Madara: You show not an ounce of fear. Commendable.
Sasuke: I don't need some fossil praising me. I just want answers.
Orochimaru (thought): As arrogant as always
Madara: I've slaughtered children half your age. What makes you think I won't do worse to you?
Sasuke: Simple. Because you can't
Suigetsu (thought): He had to say it.
Madara: Hmph. Fool.
Orochimaru: Run you fools! Before he kills us all!
Orochimaru, Suigetsu, and Jugo run for cover as Madara attacks
Sasuke with all his Sussano.
The dust settles.
Sasuke is unharmed
Madara: How is that even possible?
Sasuke: Answer my questions and maybe I'll tell you.
Madara: ...Very well. What do you want to know?
Orochimaru (thought) I wonder what he wishes to ask Madara Uchiha?
Suigetsu: I just hope he doesn't piss him off again.
Jugo: I think Sasuke will be ok.
Suigetsu: I wasn't exactly worrying about Sasuke.
Sasuke: Did you slaughter the Uchiha Clan?
Madara: Like sheep
Sasuke: ...Then what about the Nine Tails attack on the Leaf?
Madara: I only wish I could take credit for that. That was the work of the masked man. The one you call "Tobi" and was masquerading as myself.
Sasuke: You know who he is. Don't you? Who is he? Who is Tobi?
Madara: He's nobody.
Sasuke: I didn't come here to play word games.
Madara: I never said I was. Let me tell you the story of how I met a young man just a few years younger than yourself. Of how I met...Nobody.
Sasuke: Make it quick.
Madara: I don't know how he found me. But this tattered young man who looked as if he was moments from death itself was standing before me.
Staring right into his darkened eyes I asked him "Why do you keep going?"
Without blinking he replied "Why the hell should I stop?"
Sasuke: That was Tobi, wasn't it? Who is he?
Madara: That was my next question. Yet he didn't know. He didn't know who he was. He didn't know where he was. He didn't know anything
about himself. He didn't even know what he wanted to do. All he knew
was he didn't want to stop. He knew he had to do something.
Sasuke: I thought I said to make it quick.
Madara: Later we found his grave stone. He was a leaf ninja. I asked the young man why there was a grave stone there but yet no body?
It took him a while but then he remembered "We were at war.
They thought I died in enemy land." It made sense but then I asked
"Do you know the war is over? Why haven't they looked for you now?"
He had no answer. Then I asked him "Do you know who I am?" Again
he had no answer. He knew I was Uchiha but that was it. I told him
that I was the great Madara Uchiha. He didn't know who that was.
Then he asked "If you're so great. Then why aren't you talked about?"
I told him "Because they want to forget me. They want to forget you."
We are Uchiha. But for the Senju all that meant was we were just
another footstool. Once we were great. But now we mattered as
much as a stray dog--no less than that. Even our fellow clan members
betrayed us for the mere hope for peace. We, Uchiha are nobody, Sasuke.
Sasuke: ...
The scene changes back to Tobi talking to Kakashi
Tobi: For Rin?...
Tobi: HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHA! What!? You think this is some revenge plot for some dumb useless wench!? How incredibly naive of you, Kakashi!
Kakashi: Then why are you doing this, Obito?
Tobi: I told you before. I'm not Obito. I'm nobody! Obito is what everyone called me. But deep down inside they knew who I really was. They knew I was nobody. They knew I was someone who didn't really matter at all.
I didn't matter to my parents. I was nobody but a disappointment to them. I didn't matter to the clan. I was nobody but a talentless Uchiha I didn't matter to Konoha. I was nobody but another one of their pawns. I didn't matter to Rin. I was nobody worth loving. I didn't matter to Sensei. I was nobody but a hassle. I didn't matter to you. I was nobody but a spare sharingan for you to take. I didn't matter to anyone. Like I said I'm nobody!
And because I'm nobody...I don't need anybody else!!
