I'm pretty sure Madara was dead at THAT point in time. Besides, if he was going to attack he probably would have just done it straight up. No need for anonymity with the real Madara.

I didn't say Madara, lol. And yes I agree with the timeline thing. I don't see how Madara could have been involved with some of this, but apparently it works.

Right, I was saying that the masked man that attacked the village was Tobi because I'm pretty sure Madara was dead at the time. We weren't told how long Madara actually lived after his battle with Hashirama though.

I know, I'm just saying that without proof it's just speculation
