did you watch pokemon? team rocket had some cards with the info about the effects and so on with the names of the attacks

i have no idea why tobi suddenly needs to activate MS for kamui

Like I said, logic is out the window. He only activated his MS for the sake of showing it.

I don't think it is obito but someone who transplanted his eye, Because Tobi used Izanagi which needs both Uchiha and Senju cells to even use. Either way his identity is going to be a slap in the face when he is truly revealed.

having both just increases the duration

I believe you need one or the other, but not both. Having both will only strengthen it extend the duration. I think you only need the genetics of the Rikudo and you're able to do it. But I wonder if and how the Senju would be able to use that technique, since they're descendents of the Sage but just don't have the eyes to prove it. I wonder what they would have to sacrifice.

danzo doesnt have uchiha dna and only had senju dna in one of his arms
he didnt need to sacrifice anything except the eyes itself

I'm pretty sure the Sharingan counts as a genetic trait of the Rikudo though, which is why he could use it.

so how can a guy withouth uchiha dna use izanagi ?
