well Idk why ichigo has his sword still. Imo it woulda been cooler if it had been like the Arrancar sword release

so he gets:
shikai
bankai
vizard
then sword release into his hollow form like the Arrancars
then apparently Ulq. cheatsies sword release V2.0

but instead he just keeps becoming more hollow while still having a bankai'd zanpakuto dry.gif
