so it was sashimi? anywhoo i believe the eel was cooked on the ones i tried. the crab one also had tiny green fish eggs on it and that shit was fucking awsome lol. i dont believe i had any seaweed ones though i wouldnt hesitate to try it. its just a plant lol. jellyfish would be a lil strange for me as would clamari. i think the textures would get to me but it never hurts to try.

er, sushi is the fish ontop of the rice pads. the 2 together, common refer as suishi, sashimi the fish alone. is lotsa other variation involve raw seafood, ppl often lump under sushi though. even vegetable sushi, u tell sm1 abt.. they think raw fish involve. duno, dun mind sushi, eating so much sashimi on its own tho.. kinda creeps me out. the texture mostly.

At an all-you-can-eat sushi place, I tend to satisfy my wallet before my palette. And as such, there are types of sushi I try to avoid. The crab ones, for example. More often than not, it's just flavoured, coloured dough with crab-like texture. And I always go for the fatty tuna. Deep red in colour with a texture similar to salmon. Not so fond of the maki rolls with the seaweed around it. Not as much because of the taste as it is because of the shitty meat:rice ratio.

I have yet to find a variation of sushi I dislike, I can even make my own. ^^

ill stick to the 7.99 chinese buffet

those places don't even serve real Chinese food, its all americanized.. blah
