It was definite that Obito's other eye got crushed but recent chapter suggest that it might have survived and is currently being use by Tobi.
Other theory is that Tobi sucked in Obito's dead body and keeping it semi alive and is using the eye's potential.

not really definite that obito's eye got crushed its possible it survived and tobi simply removed the rock and stole it

all eyes retain or progress to what the original host eyes would haven been or had been
