anyway to lazy to retype in full detail so I will do quick version my suspected to be tobi victims.

Sage's eldest son (uchiha founder)
Kagami uchiha - still unsure no back story worked along side Danzo and the 2nd along with Hiruzon sarutobi before he was 3rd
Izuna- stated dead but possibilities are endless.
zetsu- extremely loyal to tobi and yet no back story or any information about him as of yet.
Obito reconstruction- His body partially used, Sharingan taken from  a possible other.
and ofcourse all famous- Ichiraku ramen guy.

His name is a representation of himself.
When gave his Eye to kakashi, he took the O out of his name, it was a symbolic gesture about how he isn't the same anymore. (2 Os 2 Eyes, 1  O 1 Eye? Coincidence, I think not!)
Since the name 'tibo sounded funny, he decided to re-arrange the letters of his name.
This left him with Tobi.

When he was crushed under the rocks hanging out, he accidentally slipped into his alternate dimension, No more rocks caving in his chest... but OH WAIT, I'm STUCK!
He spent 2.000.000 years trying to figure out how to get out of this dimension, and when he finally figured it out he made a discovery that no one else in the world had.

His discoveries were as follows:
A.) Because his body originated in Dimension A, it was not affected by the passing of time in dimension B.
B.) Time is circular, and repeats indefinitely with infinite possible outcomes each time.

Each time Tobi left his dimension during his original "present" time, he would come to a world that was ravaged by war, and completely destroyed.
Each time he came to a world like that, he would go back into his dimension and wait. Wait for a chance at life agian.
He came across non-destroyed worlds, but like the ones before it, they had eventually fallen into chaos and been destroyed by the fighting nations.
Tobi decided he couldn't stand the destruction of war anymore, and went to his dimension to come up with a plan.
He came up with "The Moon Eye Plan" over many of thousands of possible timelines (I guess?) He stepped out of his dimension into the first not destroyed world he could find to enact his plan.

The one thing that happened in this timeline that didn't happen in all the previous ones he was in? Naruto wasn't killed as a child.

Therefor Tobi=Obito.
