I'm starting to think one of Narutos original shadow clones that appeared after he read the forbidden scroll to teach him that technique spawned a Homonculus of himself that went berserk, and was eventually caught by Orochimaru and expiremented on the same way Yamamoto was, and then given Uchiha eyes to become to reincarnation of the sage, with the body of Senjuu, the eyes of Uchiha, and overwhelming chakra mixed with the ninetails to fuel it thanks to Naruto. Also he fused with Obito, and travelled back in time using time space jutsus to be the Tobi we all know today.
