It is not known who the Fleet Admiral is. It is obvious they got a new one but it doesn't say who the new one is. You can't say that so confidently based on a suggestion from Sengoku. btw. moving head quarters sounds more like a move that Akainu would do. not Aokiji.

I don't think sentomaru is really that strong. All vice admirals can use haki.
