Currently at a 17gig monthly limit to download. I can possibly upgrade to a package that would allow 38gigs of download monthly. The catch is it costs $400 to install and $190 a month. Worth it? or should I give up the country life and move into town lol

ehh country life is better IMO, wouldnt it be cheaper still to just run another service to your house

There aren't any other services out here aside from dial up. It's either satellite or dial up... dsl is about 10miles down the road x.x There are one way satellite systems that only do downloading but you have to use dial up for uploading. My dial up speeds are horrific lol talking like under 1kb/s. Would have to also pay for another phone line so the price would actually be more. Sigh.. Living in california you would think high speed internet would be available to everyone
