The person/s sasuke and oro are on there way to meet is no one other then the ramen guy

think about it, Dude is old, plenty of ninja stop by there and stress there stories, he knows everything ! about anything dealing with konahah

also he is tobi have you seen that motherfucker open his eyes once? how can he serve so much ramen with out looking
