Before Sasuke dies Orochimaru should return and get the sharringan from him if he is such a weak ass and does not know how to use genjutsu sharringan.

hrm technically lost to the hokage the hokage killed himself jairaiya was drugged and tsunade was afraid of blood and technically it was 3 v 2 since kabuto did the summoning

the village made his brother take out his entire clan if there were no village that wouldnt have happened so it does make alot of sense
