well, assassinations are also given to Jounin. I think they're more like the homeland security group smile.gif

yea Anbus are highest rank Jounins that only get special assignments like Hunter-Nins get special assignments (hunting down missing-nins)

Im pretty sure he just means that the best of the jounins are anbu.

Hokage isn't in anbu

Where did he say that the hokage should be in w/ jounins?

Hokage is the person who directs the anbu. They're like her personal guard and special mission squad.

Hokage is the head of hte village. Nobody outranks her.

No Onceamule said something about the Hokage being the highest rank

He must've read ANBU are the highest rank and did not see Jounin, so i and merely correcting him for that.

Of course the Hokage isnt a jounin
