maybe orochimaru did the original summon on madara, and kabuto just took it from him with a new seal?

i only see this working if oro had 100% control over madara like he did with 1st and 2nd, as to not let them re write the seal or what ever madara did to stay

that damn snake... oro shoule be slammed already but since the curse mark was still active i guess oro was still alive. I kinda figured when the owner died it would fade away kindaish... but its funny how i asked for the scroll and they showed it but im not happy lol

i do recall when kabuto put the talisman in deidara he said this is like ochis but you have more control of yourself etc

hrm im still not bought that its the actual seal that allows orochimaru to be alive i do believe sasuke is just going to release oro from the sword/jar itachi sealed him in and maybe the cursed seal is just a gate for him

when he was first shown to have done the miind transfer jutsu thing (ino them do this ot some extent i assume) he was fully that person body wise

however when he came "out of sasuke" whose body he tried the mind thing with he then came out of the seal as himself so like i said i do believe the seal is just a gate so he may go into anko's body and come out the seal as himself or w/e
