they do this everytime it's going to be an intense battle. First happened at the valley of the end (sasuke vs naruto) and then they did it again with Guy vs Kisimie

Its obviously not madara, thats why he explained to saskue that itachi knew nothing about him. Then saskue is stunned when the mask comes off.
His hair style is the same as obitos(For those who payed attention to the episodes he was in/3rd movie). His sharingan is only shown in the right eye where kakashi has his in the left.
