don't matter to me. both look juicy, and that's all i care about.
beyond that, i've seen meat cooked like that, and i could probably do that myself if you cook it just right. it might not be the most flavorful, but it would look like that. it as well depends on what the grill is, how thick each piece of metal is, what type of steak you are cooking, etc.
but, i can probably say that that one is close to fake, or at least they had to grill it in a rather odd fashion to make those lines go straight on a steak that is obviously not cut straight...
