it says that released form makes the hollow go through "resurrection" and take the form of their former self.

for shawlong qufang the arms and top body turned back. maybe the bottom part wasnt significant thats why they kept it the way it was. who knows.

They don't go all hte way back to his former self. Qufang only got a few limbs of his former self. We saw him as adjuchas and since thats as far as it was possible for him to go I don't think he could have attained human form on his own. Some of em go all the way like tesla and some of em keep human form like Qufang



not really considering that was hundreds of years ago and aizen got houkyoku recently. Either he turns into a vast lord and gets human form on his own or he uses houkyoku on him, and i doubt he is that strong and still an adjuchas.

yeah but grimmjow was stronger than the rest of those pawns to begin with. but it's also true that grimmjow was determined to become stronger, too, so it's a possibility that he became a vasto lorde.

He did become a vast lord. He is easily captain class. Adjuchas are more around vice captain level.
