back to back..i had to mow the lawn and grill some burgers the otherday....in missouri's own famous humidity hell with a heat index of like 101

how long did yours take, I was doing my grilling for 14 hours.

you grilled for 14 hours and didnt die from smoke inhalation!?!? HACKERY!


but seriously i spent like 1 hour at most on grilling...all we made was some burgers and i also threw on some veges

yesterday was a huge party at like noon, so i hadd to be there at 8 am, then continue til the end of dinner and left at 10 pm

jeez...i dont think I could ever grill for that long...not without passing out

I'm kind of used to that to the point that it doesn't bother me that much.

some was good some of it was ok. the straight up chunks of raw fish was the first thing i tried. was pretty intense shoving a whole chunk into my mouth lol. we had a huge spread of different rolls and whatnot. the rolls with eel were real good. tuna rolls were good. the salmon onces we had were so so and i dug the crab ones probaly the best.

best part was drinking the sake ofc lol. we had it cold and warm.

i rly like the crab ones too, salmon aftertaste way strong. most of the white fish ones are nb, the rice + vinegar sorta.. distracts your tongue from any totally weird aftertastes. i actually haven't tried eel sashimi yet.. fried eel hav, but not raw. jellyfish s'ok tho. is like eating beansprouts. did u try any of the algae-wrapped ones? i wanna hear what other ppl think abt eating seaweed :0
