you said it like it was a 1 on 1 fight? he had the tsuki among others there and still couldnt avoid being captured(however i do believe he was saving someone or something at the time) but even so kabuto top 3 has nothing to do with it when he didnt use any of the OP shit we've just witnessed he seemed to imitate orochimarus last moments in that fight

yamato is a joke now whether its because the writer doesnt want to or does what we've seen of yamato he's clearly been fodder and only thx to the situation(same as how gai was the one to fight kisame) he has some play
