If he does die, the bet between Cyba and Thor will void due to Cyba saying he won't die and Thor saying die by pein/nails. If he dies by means other than nails/pein, no win.

I never said he dies by nails in the bet. The bet was that he dies by pein's hands, meaning he dies fighting pein.

where's you proof he died this chapter

and by that you mean pein does something physical (stabbing) with his hands? that's what dying at pein's hands literally mean.
