Sasuke knows Naruto is better and stronger then him and the only reason at the valley he wasn't lying on the ground with Naruto staring down at him getting ready to drag him back to Konoha is because Naruto refused to risk killing him and cut his forehead protector instead.

Sasuke went into the fight believing he could kill Naruto and he left it knowing he is incapable of killing anyone even Itachi. Its why he tries to off Orochimaru he's testing his ability to kill, because Orochimaru deserves to die, but once again he fails to do it and instead traps Orochimaru in his head, using the excuse he's just doing it for power.

Sasuke likes to lie to himself about it, but he can't kill its just not in his nature. Suigetsu even teases him about it when he doesn't kill Orochimaru's cursed seal experiment failures.

This makes Sasuke a failure as a character a vengeance based character who can't kill anyone? It just doesn't work.

After he meets with Madara he goes all crazy, but its pretty obvious that Madara has done something to Sasuke like he did to Nagato which makes Sasuke a killer. Sasuke isn't Sasuke anymore he's Crazy Steve Uchiha. I think this current arc with Itachi is slightly bringing the old Sasuke back. Its at least helping lay the foundation for when Naruto fights Sasuke and wins then uses talk no jutsu on him to bring him home.

Only problem is Sasuke has committed one of the worst crimes in the ninja world. Attempting to take the life of a Kage. Look at Zabuza or the Gold and Silver brothers, There considered the worst of the worst renown all around the world as criminals and to be killed on sight.

I wonder how this will play out.

and orochimaru used his jutsu as a last ditch, also i think he intended to kill them(team 7 yamato) at orochimaru's hideout but was stopped

naruto pretty much said that if he cant bring sasuke back and is force to kill him then naruto will kill his self afterwords and free both of them from the labels that make there lives difficult, i.e being a uchiha and a host

and sasuke was going to use some tech but he didnt, Sasuke is a good guy, he didnt start killing until being manipulated by tobi

hrm chapter 486 pages 11 and 12 he definitely says they both will die

then in 488 he claims sasuke to be stronger at that point(yes yes way before 9tails etc etc but he had beaten pein at this point so no 9-tails and naruto is in for a hell of a fight)

my previous post still stands naruto will try to turn sasuke back good and if he can all is ok, if naruto fails and is forced to kill sasuke then naruto will kill his self

Naruto won't kill himself. He and Sasuke will kill each other, there's a difference.

its gunna end up as a superman final chapter thing where naruto sacrafices himself to save the world and kills the main antagonist at the same time
