what i meant was if one pirate using stick and rope is capable of creating clouds big enough to produce electricity to shock/stun atleast 10 peoples, imagine what would Dragons army be capable of doing with their advanced technology&manpower.

o and how do you know that Nami cant create hurricanes now ? they all been polishing their skills to the top for last 3 years.. what im trying to say here is that Dragon once using "weather" as his weapon might not neccessary mean hes Fruit user.

Two years. And the reason I say she can't is that she hasn't ever demonstrated that she was capable of even coming close to that.

As soon as she hints at that kind of potential we can then entertain the idea.

okay thinking back to that weird lil island where that incident with dragon happened, there was huge rain and lighting and stuff n stuff... basicly a storm

now you see nami alone can create her very own small storms, next you imagine whole armys using the same techniques thus making whole island stormy

lol even i call this bs but seeing it COULD also be this way dont just go throwing out the teory of dragon not having fruit.

as for the bolded.. right back at ya'. we havent exactly had proof of dragon having anything to do with the storm.
