So is it still going over kabuto's past? I haven't read the last 2-3 chapters

All right i think i will get this disscusion back on track,

I came across a pretty neat theory of who tobi is actually Nawaki for those who forgot he is the little brother of the current 5th hokage , I also came across this a while ago this quote is from an interview with the author Kishi

I did find it a bit odd that kabuto only revived dan and not nawaki he revived a lot of people that were not powerful but had a strong emotional connection to throw people off

Whoa this is a solid theory. VERY interesting. I'm not sure if I believe it though. I feel like Nawaki going so far evil seems a little farfetched. But all of the other facts add up, almost perfectly so.

The three Akatsuki members... is he referring to Tobi, Kabuto, and Sasuke? Sasuke was in akatsuki uniform but Idk I never really considered him akatsuki. He was just trying to use them. And I don't see Kabuto as being in the akatsuki. LMK if I'm missing something stupid lol

And I assume Kishi means Tsunade with that quote, in which case whoa. But its possible he meant a different hokage.

the quote is several years old, Kishi is not the soul author of the manga its a team of 3 people i believe so things are subject to change the only cannon information is the printed information in the manga , also all kishi interviews are done in japaneses and translated to english so certain words or adjectives etc could be left out.

The brother/sister of the hokage could in fact be Nagato, he is a uzmaki, we know nothing of nartuos mom's parents but we know she married the 4th hokage if nagato was kush brother then he would of been the brother in law of nagato ya dig? its all speculation Karen is also an unmaki and could fill this role too she joined Akatuski with sasuke the rest of hawk , we haven't see karen fight to judge her strength

yeah thats true. it wouldnt be referring to nagato if the wording is correct cause he was already there. but if it means will be revealed than that could be the case in some weird way. possible it means related and not brother/sister.

i like this theory because of the way orochimaru and kabuto fit in. no other theory i've seen so flawlessly fits together all aspects of the plot. all of orochimrus work kind of felt pointless for a while after he died so this would give it meaning

i will admit the situation surrounding Nawaki death is odd and the fact we didnt see him revived next to dan is weird too , I mean if you really want to shake up the 5th i think using her little brother who she loved very much would work better then the love interest of dan

definitely. id be sad though if nawaki was tobi. he just didnt seem like one of the people who could lose themself so much
