My apologies for the double post, but I just found a way to prove all you people who for some reason think Obito is Tobi, wrong.
In the final scene of the episode, there's a shot of Obito's goggles along with some flowers on the gravestone. He was wearing the goggles when he died! This means they had to retrieve the goggles! I'm pretty sure if Obito had been alive, the ninja wouldn't have been so stupid as to overlook it.
Could have just put another identical pair of goggles on the grave. I think that's just a minor detail that was only put in to add to the drama but has no significance to the story.
