If they told me that Sage Mode was the Senju equivalent to the Sharingan or something like that I think that would make a lot of sense. I mean, Sage Mode DOES pretty much grant you abilities that can match MS.

Yeah. And naruto can sense chakra so he doesn't need to rely on vision, protecting him from genjutsu

sensing Chakra is fromt he Nine Tails, not the Sage Mode.

No the nine tails allows him to sense hatred/malice. He can sense chakra via sage mode. Remember the scene when he confronts Nagato for the first time and asks Tsunade if Kakashi was out on a mission? He explained it was because he could sense chakra in sage mode and he didn't sense Kakashi's. What you're thinking of is when he sensed Kisame, but Kisame had the same chakra signature as Semihada (or h/e its spelled). Kisame and then Naruto explained that he could sense Kisame's hatred or something like that.

sensing evil/good is something special provided by the author itself. No other tails has this ability, so ninetails shouldnt have. Naruto didnt have, so he shouldnt have now. Melding with ninetails only makes his senses better -> cant make something that he doesnt have better ...

If you think of it logically then yeah. But it was made abundantly clear that he obtained this power. Its probably a power of the Kyuubi, not the Bijuu as a whole. Its been made apparent that Kurama is different than the other many times
