He might not have to lose both. I mean, Izanagi was 1 Sharingan per use. I don't have reason to suspect that Izanami uses both.

They could cut to a different fight next week as well, just to keep the suspense of this one going. They've been doing things like that with the war.

according to itachi, izanami acts as a pair with izanagi.... which i interpret that they have to be used together

i think so, but i imgine it has the same price, the eye loosing its light, im thinking hes going to use both, one to make a fake reality where he kills kabuto or does w/e, then izanami to make that reality real
