i bet rundelhaus is a NPC, or rather one of those legendary non-player-characters which shiroe and that magician talked about
thats why she couldn't add him to her friend list, since hes not a real player.

would be my only guess

pretty sure they established him as an adventurer before by showing off his HUD screen at one time (can't remember really). I don't think NPC's would have that.

My guess is perhaps he suffered some past trauma kinda like Shiroe and disabled his friends list or something. will probably find out soon.
