if biyo can give her life energy to gaara, and tsnuade has medical abilities that surpass that of biyo, what's to say tsunade wouldn't give her life for the "next generation" like jiraiya did? i mean they both agreed kakashi would become hokage, so tsunade might as well save the next hokage.

because kakashi isn't hte next generation. Next generation are hte kids in naruto's age group.

I'm pretty sure that it was biyo that developed that technique. Tsunade wouldn't know how to do it on the spot becuase it was probalby something biyo had to take time to develope.
