well isn't it true that if you release your sword as an arrancar, you can't go back to normal?

if you release your sword and you lose a limb or something, then they can't reseal their sword. But if nothing happens during the release and u just get beaten up, then they can go back to normal.

o, one of my r/l friends told me that arrancars can't go back to regular form once they released their swords... so that screwed me up lol.
