So if you knew that, then why ask this:

wondering how thats possible cuz he had to use ems to first use it. and also susanoo is a sharingan thing not rinnegan. but WMKJsp kind of already answered the question

I don't think he HAD to use EMS to use it. I mean, he probably has to go through his Sharingan stages to get to Rinnegan, but I'm 100% positive he can fire off Susanoo at will while he has his Rinnegan out.

I was never even referring to you specifically. I just sort of browsed the previous two pages and interjected a thought of my own, to which you replied "na" for some reason even though you apparently agreed with my post.

last thing im gonna say as far as that post of urs went.

i thought u thought that he first used susanoo while having his rin out. i then posted pic saying that didnt happen. then later said i guess it was just confusion. lol

I know that he first used it when he had EMS out, but I'm just stating that I was sure that he could bust out Susanoo and any other EMS techniques while using Rinnegan. Not that it's even that big of a deal or anything, but I don't see why he couldn't.

if Madara can use susanoo with sharigan then he can use susanoo with rinnegan.
rinnegan is just sharigan on steroids or like the next and final step after sharigan.
if an uchiha is able to use rinnegan, then he is able to use all the rinnegan techniques and all the sharigan techniques.

nagato wasn't able to use susanoo because the rinnegan was given to him by Tobi.
he didn't accumulate rinnegan from sharigan so he isn't able to perform susanoo.
