i believe he means the wood clones can use susanno also, since they are near perfect clones (like he said before)

Someone has posted another link yesterday though and the translation seemed to be better. I will look for this version next wednesday.

susanoo = massive mana needed.

Naruto can make clones and those clones can make another clones ... seems logical
