I think that Sasuke will face a choice (actually I think that that part is obvious): either help Itachi and save everyone and end the jutsu, or help Kabuto and preserve Itachi. But the WHY for this choice is somewhat unclear. Since you need to jumpstart your chakra to release genjutsu, I think the fact that Kabuto has Oro's chakra as well will allow him to jump his other chakra out of genjutsus. Since he has two types of chakra, I think there will need to be two genjutsus, one from Sasuke and one from Itachi, in order to stop the edo.
I'm not really set on a certain prediction, as I think that there are quite a few way in which that whole situation could play out. Either way, this fight will be an indicator of what Sasuke will do in the future for sure, so I can't wait to see it.
