Mmmmm. Such a good chapter. There are two possibilities for who the shadow could be. Its probably Sasuke but this anime is definitely unpredictable in many ways. It could also be Izuna Uchiha who looks ridiculously alike to Sasuke. If it ends up being Izuna, its either one of Kabuto's summons and he's dead, or he was alive all of this time and I have NO idea what he'll do next. Its possible that if its Izuna we would have a 2 on 2 when Sasuke arrived, perhaps with Izuna and Sasuke trying to kill Kabuto to preserve Itachi and Madera. idk

If its Sasuke, I think he will try to kill Kabuto in order to preserve the jutsu and keep Itachi "alive." There will be some dialogue as Itachi defends Kabuto and he'll end up saying something predictable like "I will protect the leaf village no matter what, even if I have to kill you." Maybe even throw in a "thats my ninja way" to make him think of Naruto. That will be Sasuke's turning point and they'll team up and overcome Kabuto/the jutsu. I think its clear that Itachi will somehow have to sacrifice himself to make all of this work, and Sasuke will go off and eventually encounter Naruto/Tobi's fight.

Tsunade is not dead. I think that's very clear. I think she WILL die in this fight, but I believe she has a reason to have been hit by that attack. Dan or w/e her husband's name is might play a big role in the fight at some point, since they've had a few scenes with him.

Naruto will obviously win his fight eventually. Not sure how Sasuke will be involved though. I think its obvious he will be.

I also don't think we've seen the end of Black Zetsu. EVERYONE wants to know whats up with Zetsu cuz he's so weird. It would be very disappointing if we didn't get to see him fight. He wasn't dead when we last saw him, he was just unable to move.

Tsunade is not dead yet, she will use her super regeneration technique to revive herself. But she will mostly die so naruto can be next hokage

I dont know, why madara is still under kabutos control when itachi freed himself already. Anyway, itachi is atm immortal and cannot be stopped even if kabuto wants to end his tech?

the only reason itachi was released is because the power he gave naruto (shisui's eye) cast a genjutsu on him forcing him to do whatever is in the best interest of protecting konoha (as far as i understand it). madara cannot cast the genjutsu on himself, or cant cast it at all

he can be stopped if the edo tensei is removed lol... and what wmkjsp said.
