I'm sure like any other media players, there's a tab to alter your subtitle settings.

Or you just have a straight RAW file.

Press "a" to change audio and "s" to change subtitles assuming you're using MPC that came with the codec pack. If that doesn't work it means the file doesn't have what you want.
