i have decided that Tobi is the creator of Zetsu, and has many qualities like him, if hes not zetsu himself.

1. hes Zetsu and he has the DNA from Madara which is why he can play the part + hes been collecting eyes
2. Zetsu is someone created by Orochimaru (just makes sense) and orochimaru holds a much bigger piece of this war then meets the eye

also, i think that the 4th hokage was actually the strongest hokage, i know its a long shot compared to the first, but we can give credit to the 4th for being tobi, and the 1st for Madara, and since they assume to be the same people, then they are at least close in strength


all the characters that knew the 4th said he was the strongest anyways

but orochimaru was studying on his own

im talking about just like how kabuto was with orochimaru, maybe orochimaru was hanging around with tobi in the shadows.

he was part of akatsuki. this could also explain his need for sharingan (other than wanting to know all jutsus)

If Sasuke turns out to be a greater threat than Madara then someone will have to pay with their life.

Madara >>> Sasuke, and pretty much any other character in the series. I honestly don't know if even Naruto is up to THAT task quite yet.

Tobi is a different story. We haven't seen him display any fighting power which might change soon.
