If it was a straight up fight, ulquirra is way stronger, not contest. But since ichigo is the main char, of course hes gonna find a way to pull it out of his ass.

My guess is that his stupid ass is finally going to learn a new move. He hasn't visited his inner world to talk to the old man in a while.

His old man was taken over by his inner hollow, but I could see another one of those moments happening.
