It was my understanding that EMS only made it so that you could spam off your MS techniques and not go blind. Still, the fight is obviously going to bring both of them to the brink of death where it's probably going to be decided in their most normal stats. Naruto's gonna have no 9 Tails or Sage Mode, and Sasuke's gonna run out of juice to even use the regular sharingan and then Naruto's gonna use his limping Rasengan.
