Boogiepop phantom = 6-7/10

nothing great about the show, but nothing terrible with it. Probably wont watch it again

clamp universe, get crossovers from other series now'n then. features the dimensional witch who was in tsubasa reservoir chronicles, mokona from rayearth, supernatural stuff. s'kooh. 2 seasons of it.
